It’s Belinda’s birthday and Pookie is up at dawn to prepare for her special day! All their woodland friends come to a wonderful party to help her celebrate with cakes and presents.
When the festivities are over, Pookie feels very disappointed. Now he has nothing else exciting to look forward to. He imagines how wonderful it would be to have all the different festivities of the whole year rolled into one amazing big day!
The very next morning,  Pookie is puzzled when the postman brings him a sackful of birthday cards and a wonderful present. It isn't his birthday . .  but somehow his wish seems to be coming true, especially when Santa appears and whisks Pookie and his friends straight off to a Christmas party!
